Commuters are facing delays of up to an hour-and-twenty minutes to services running out of Dublin’s Heuston Station this morning.
Trains coming in to the station are facing delays of 30 minutes.
Iarnrod Éireann said the deal is due to “mechanical issues” on the line between Sallins and Newbridge.
The train service said there are also delays of around 30 minutes on all services between Newbridge and Grand Canal dock.
It is urging passengers headed toward Grand Canal dock to “join alternative services to Hazelhatch and change for GCD there.”
