75 million euro's being pumped into a new development in Lusk.
The Lusk Village Quarter's been unveiled today and will include 150 new homes in an area spanning 15 acres.
Under the first phase, 56 family homes will be located at Station Road, 18 of which will be social and affordable.
It'll also have public amenities like shops, cafés, a supermarket, restaurants, a public square, green area and a playground.
The development will create new jobs for the area, both during the construction phase and through retail opportunities with the shops, cafes and supermarket.
The public square will feature a newly commissioned art piece.
The new mixed-use development will complement the overall Lusk area.
