The 40 year-old had been due to stand trial accused of assaulting her boyfriend. However he didn't support the case while her management has raised concerns about it becoming a 'show trial'.
A petition calling for an investigation into the role social media and the press may have played in Caroline Flack's decision has passed 200,000 signatures.
Questions are again being asked about the mental health support offered to TV stars.
Meanwhile it's emerged an ambulance was called to her home the day before she took her own life.
Paramedics went to her flat in east London on Valentine's night but no one was taken to hospital.
Mindfulness expert and Irish singer, Bressie, says a tragedy like this was bound to happen;
"I think this is a symbolic moment. I think this has been coming. I think this is not going to stop unless we do something about it."
