A man is being questioned by Gardaí after a loaded shot gun was seized in Tallaght.
An investigation was launched after shots were fired at a home at Brookfield Road in Tallaght at approximately 10.30 pm on Saturday night.
No one was injured during the incident and as a result of investigations two search warrants were obtained to search two properties in the area.
The raids took place yesterday afternoon and during the course of the search a loaded shot gun was seized.
A 20 year-old man was arrested at the scene under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act, 1939. He's being held at Tallaght Garda station.
Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
