He doesn't look like your average 73 year old anyway!
Lionel Richie was playing at King Charles' Coronation Concert over the weekend, and his appearance had fans talking.
When he performed at Windsor Castle on the day following the official event, many viewers remarked how he had a very youthful appearance, sparking everyone to have the same thought.
The man has had work done!

But Lionel Richie has come back and said he would never get plastic surgery, as the prodecures are too risky.
"That s**t goes wrong" the All Night Long singer said in response to the claims that he had a bit of nip and tuck done.
"After than you can't go naturally, you're staying right there. You try and go back to reset, and you can't".
So if there's no surgery involved (although here at 98FM HQ we're thinking fillers are a possibility), what is the secret to the Lionel Richie's youth?
"Water, sleep, and sweat, not too much red meat. I know it's real boring. Sex will work also and it's good for your heart," speaking to the Daily Mail.
Lionel is currently judging on American Idol alongside Katy Perry, who also performed at the Coronation concert over the weekend.
