The family of the young girl seriously injured in the Parnell Square knife attack says she's "still here with us".
The five year old is currently fighting for her life in Temple Street Children's Hospital, after being stabbed outside her school, Gaelscoil Coláiste Mhuire, on November 23rd.
Her mother has provided an update on a GoFundMe page set up to support her family, which has already raised over €36,000;
"Dear all, thank you so much for the incredible gesture and kindness you have shown our family during these troubled times. Your thoughts, prayers and generosity have and will go a long way. Our little girl has shown incredible strength and still here with us. We don't know yet what lies ahead as it is still early, but she is resilient and limitations will not stop her. Thank you so much. All the love we can give."
Another girl and a boy also injured in the attack have since been discharged from hospital.
The carer, Leanne Flynn Keogh, who was stabbed when she stepped in to protect the children, remains in hospital.
She's reported to have been released from the intensive care unit at the Mater Hospital, and is now being treated in the high dependency unit.
Meanwhile, it's emerged a man, who Gardaí are waiting to speak to following the knife attack, has woken up from a coma.
Doctors will have to give the go-ahead, however, before the man can be questioned.
