The latest WhatsApp update includes some cool new features. Version 2.12.539 allows users to add the new options of bold, italics and strike-through.
According to reports, the new feature has been turned on for all users with updates to the iOS and Android app.
It's the latest in a range of changes to WhatsApp - that allow it to be used in the office. Last month the company announced a document sharing and photo storing feature.
- You have to add asterisks to either side of your text to turn a word bold e.g. *bold
- To italicise, add underscores either side, e.g. _italics_
- To
strikethroughtext, add tildes either side, e.g. ~tilde~
