“Love cooking, hate washing up, so I’m all about keeping it nice and simple when it comes to the kitchen!
The good news is cooking Strong Roots Sweet Potato Fries couldn’t be simpler. Bit of tin foil on a tray and whack it in the oven, happy out!
Years of boiled, mashed, roast potatoes have left me bored of the normal variety, so lately I’m all about the sweet potatoes! They’re high in fibre and other such things I’ve read on the internet. Most importantly though they taste a....mazing!
For an extra kick I like to make some tahini sauce for dipping. Sprinkle over a little bit of feta cheese as BOOM, lovely pre dinner snack.”
