Some of the world's biggest publishers are unable to post on their official Facebook pages today. Pages across the globe are down due to a bug. This means updates posted to the pages aren't being published.
When people attempt to post from Official Pages, they are shown an error message saying that there “was a problem updating your status. Please try again in a few minutes”.
The issue doesn't seem to be affecting all official pages, as 98FM's profile is working as normal. It's not known when the issue will be resolved, but it's reported some sites are able to publish links from the Facebook mobile app.
Regular Facebook users might not notice anything different. Posts on personal pages appear to be uploading as normal.
