The 2019 Aware Christmas Run will take place on Saturday December 14th.
The run now attracts over 2,000 people and it’s getting bigger and better each year.
About The Event
There is a choice of 5k or 10k distances: the 10k starts at 10am and the 5k starts at 10.30am.
It is a great way to raise money (through participation, sponsorship or donations) for Aware’s nationwide free-of-charge services for people who experience depression or bipolar disorder and their loved ones.
Participants are encouraged to get into the Christmas spirit by wearing festive attire like Santa hats and Christmas jumpers.
There will be sweet treats, hot chocolates, fruit and sandwiches on the day to refuel afterwards, kindly provided by Cadbury and Maxol.
On the morning, Rob Craig Fitness will be getting everyone nicely warmed up before setting off on their run, jog or walk.
