Love food but rubbish at cooking? We've teamed up with Fire & Smoke to bring you a delicious recipe that doesn't take much effort.
Here's you'll need:
- 2x packs of Fire & Smoke Chipotle Pulled Chicken 90g
- 6 Corn Tortillas
- 500mls of oil
- 500g grated smoked cheddar
- Toppings (optional) jalapenos, guac, sour cream, onions, cheese, olives
Instructions:
- Heat up your skillet with oil on a medium heat
- Cut the stack of corn tortillas into quarters
- Place the triangle pieces into the oil
- Flip them carefully until a light, golden colour
- Place the chips on a paper towel to soak up the oil
- Immediately sprinkle with alt
- Spread the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet
- Layer on the Fire & Smoke Chipotle Pulled Chicken
- Sprinkle with cheese
- Put in the oven at 200C for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted
- Cover in your favourite toppings
- Eat!
