The Passport service has revealed more than 130,000 passports were issued to infants last year.
The list was put out as a reminder to people to apply for their passports, before the summer rush.
The list shows that Irish traditional names are still very popular.
Minister for Foreign Affairs Charlie Flanagan says he's "particularly pleased to see Charlie remains popular at number 11."
Zuzanna and Kacper were the highest new entries.
The top 20 baby passport names for boys are:
