Matt Damon is in Dalkey
Matt Damon is quarantining in Dalkey.
The movie star, his wife Luciana, and their three youngest daughters moved to Dublin in March.
Matt was due to start filming on upcoming movie The Last Duel however, shortly after they arrived production was halted and the country went into lockdown.
Life in Dublin hasn't been too bad for the Damons!
Speaking to SPIN 1038 yesterday Matt revealed that he is loving isolation in Ireland.
"It feels like a fairy tale here," he told Fully Charged presenters Graham and Nathan.
The house
And we can see why he might be so impressed - the famous family are staying at Eddie Irvine's sea side mansion.
The property is 5,000 sq.ft., with five bedrooms, a sauna, a jacuazzi, and an outdoor pool!
The ex Ferrari Formula 1 driver built the house and still owns it, but now the rest of us can have a little taste of life on the other side as it's up for rent on AirBnb!
In addition to the above features there's 'an extremely generous sized living room, dining room, study, large games and pool area with a bar feature.'
There seems to be a minimum two night stay and as you'd expect, it's not cheap.
The rent is €1000 per night with additional cleaning and service fees.
On top of that you'll need to place a deposit of at least €2,000.
One can dream...
