Today's warm weather has got us very excited for the summer. The days of BBQ's and lazy afternoons chilling in the garden with a G&T are near.
To get us in the mood, Port and Fin have created an amazing recipe for Gin & Tonic ice-pops. The new popsicle version of the legendary drink, which has taken the internet by storm, is pretty simple.
You'll need:
- 3 cups tonic
- 1½ oz gin
- ¼ lime, juiced
- ½ cup cucumber slices
Instructions
- Mix together tonic, gin and lime juice.
- Place cucumber slices into popsicle moulds, then pour in tonic mix. Freeze overnight before serving.
Note: Because the popsicles contain gin, they don’t freeze quite as well as a ‘normal’ ice-pop. They still stay solid, but they might melt a little faster than normal.
