We're half way through the 12 week Mind & Body Challenge with Green House Project, Dun Laoghaire and this week Jon put through the challengers through a row and sculpt class.
Aiming to work as many muscle groups as possible at low & high reps, it's one that'll have you leaving everything in the class! Squats, kettle bell swings, push-ups, time on the rowing machine and finishing with a stint of TRX the class is varied and fast paced.
