Lets Talk Mental Health are encouraging people to support their fundraiser for Crumlin Children's Hospital.
They're providing free mental health services for parents, and are planning to raise money to buy 'Worry Eaters' for as many of the wards in the hospital as possible.
'Worry Eaters' let kids write down their worries or draw pictures, and then a Teddy Bear 'eats' the worry. It's hoped that the child then feels their worries are gone, and also lets parents get a better understanding of what's troubling their children.
Lets Talk Mental Health are holding a raffle on the 13th of August in aid of the project - you can help out here.
