It's that time of year again - Pancake Tuesday is almost upon us.
For those of you who don't fancy slaving over a hot stove, or fighting for the last bag of flour in the shops, you can rest easy knowing that Dublin is serving up some seriously good pancakes across the city and county.
Here are some of our favourites:
Kakilang, Dublin 1
If you're looking to take your pancake game up a notch, look no further than Kakilang's soufflé pancakes, served with a choice of fruits and cheese foam or maple syrup and bacon.
These are an extremely popular choice here, so get down early if you're thinking of ordering!
Green Straw, Swords
Green Straw's sugar and gluten-free pancakes are a hit with Swords' residents.
Gino's Gelato
An obvious choice, king of the crepes Gino's Gelato will be slinging out pancakes on the day (and every day after that), across its various Dublin locations.
Head down early to avoid the inevitable queue!
Póg
With locations at Dublin 1, Dublin 2, Howth and Malahide, you've plenty of choice when it comes to your Póg pancake fix.
Choose from a wide variety of toppings, with vegan and gluten-free options also available.
Slice, Stoneybatter
Slice have two pancake specials on offer for pancake fiends - belgian chocolate sauce, toasted hazelnuts, poached plums and vanilla mascarpone or apple and walnut crumble with vanilla cream on buttermilk pancakes.
You can also indulge in their regular offering of stewed fruit, cinnamon mascarpone, peanut caramel and toasted nuts.
