A brand new pizza restaurant has opened in the city. Proof is located in the Liberties and has been making waves on social media since officially opening last week.
This is partly down to the fact that the restaurant is serving cocktails on tap from its stunning cocktail wall!
Cocktails include Gin & Tonics, Espresso Martinis, Aperol Spritz and an Old Fashioned. Wine and lager is also served on tap.
Proof is open 7 days a week and is only accepting walk in's at the moment. However, owners say an official website and booking system is coming soon.
The restaurant specialises in fast-fire pizzas and also serves vegan options. According to the brand's Instagram, chefs are working on a gluten-free dough.
Proof shares a space with another new eatery. Café Bomb is Dublin's first bomboloni café and serves other treats like hot chocolate ice-cream and doughnuts.
