Looking for something to do during the festive season? Sophie's at The Dean have teamed up with Roe & Co Irish Whiskey to create an outdoor winter warmer experience.
The Roe & Cosy Terrace features a roaring fire, blankets, hot water bottles and more. The immersive Terrace also includes a spice trail of festive ingredients and aromas that have been incorporated into the surrounding greenery.
The Terrace is lined with wicker arches with twinkling fairy lights to reflect the deep warmth and intimacy of a woodland scene.
The Sophie’s bartenders worked with Roe & Co Brand Ambassador Alan Mulvihill to create a bespoke cocktail menu, not just limited to whiskey, full of winter-inspired drinks that bring warmth and comfort with every sip. Some of the cocktails on offer include the Roe & Cosy, made with Roe & Co Irish Whiskey infused with Earl Grey tea, cinnamon, Star Anise and cloves, an indulgent Zacapa Hot Chocolate with orange bitters, and the perfect Baileys Irish Coffee topped with fresh whipped vanilla cream.
Sophie's Head Chef Richard Carmody has worked up a delicious food pairing menu, packed full of sweet and savoury options including delightful Belgian waffles, toasted smores, Nutella and mascarpone calzones, piping hot wood fire pizzas and much more.
The Roe & Cosy Terrace is open to the public from 5pm – late seven days a week throughout the winter.
