The Mexican Fajita Meal Kit comes packed with everything you need to recreate the famous Boojum experience at home.
Each kit serves four people and includes:
- 550g marinated chicken thigh
- 1 large red Bell Pepper
- 1 large green Bell Pepper
- 1 large Red Onion
- 400g Mexican Rice
- x14 6" Flour Tortillas
- 200g Grated Cheese
- 200ml Sour Cream
- 200g Tomato Salsa
- 200g Salsa Verde
Every ingredient is delivered fresh with a four-day shelf life.
According to the Boojum website the fajitas take 15 minutes to make, in eight steps.
