Boojum is launching a 100% vegan pop-up shop in their original Dublin store on Friday.
It's all to celebrate World Vegan Day, which is taking place on November 1st.
The Mexican Burrito Bar's Millennium Walkway store will have an exclusively vegan menu for one day only, going meat, dairy and egg free.

Boojum will be introducing a number of limited time only, plant based menu items alongside new vegan versions of popular menu staples.
New menu arrivals for the day will include:
- Chipotle Spiced Butternut Squash
- A red Cabbage and Pumpkin seed dish
- Vegan Cheesy Cheese and sourcream
- Vegan Pollo and Vegan Barbacoa options
- Meat alternatives will be added to the menu for the very first time
