Military simulator Arma 3 has launched an Alien-themed DLC, to the surprise of almost everyone.
The Arma series has always focused on the seriousness and realism of combat and war, so it’s strange but welcome to see the series pivot in a less-realistic way.
Contact introduces a single player campaign in which humanity suddenly comes into contact with aliens. The DLC also introduces new weapons, equipment, vehicles, and two new factions.
There are also some new multiplayer scenarios for those of you who prefer to play with friends.
