A new "posh" chipper just opened in Rathfarnham, Dublin 14.
Salt And Vinegar is serving up battered and cooked-to-order fish, alongside pickled eggs and daily specials.
Ran by Dubliners, Conor Kavanagh and Nicky Higgins, foodies can also enjoy a pint of prawns with lemon mayo or a classic battered sausage (with curry sauce, obviously).
The joint's counter is styled à la London fish and chip shops, heaving with pickle jars full to the brim with veg and eggs.
