Who doesn't love the chance to try a new restaurant and by the sounds of things COSMO in Liffey Valley will be one to remember.
The restaurant chain has a “cook fresh, eat fresh” philosophy and diners will be able to sample a variety of cuisines from around the world as well as live cooking stations, including Teppanyaki.
Even better it's bringing 60 new jobs to Dublin.
COSMO will seat 280 people and it will open in early December.
Plans are also underway to open two more restaurants in the city within the next 18 months, bringing the total number of jobs to over 150.
Speaking about the Liffey Valley opening Bock Liang, Regional Director said,” We have been inundated with enquiries by our Dublin fans visiting the Belfast restaurant asking when we were bringing the restaurant concept to Dublin.
"We spent about six years looking for a suitable location and are delighted that finally we will be opening the doors in a few weeks’ time. It’s a very exciting time of expansion for the COSMO Restaurant group.”
COSMO will be open seven days a week.
