Bus commuters in West Dublin and North Kildare have had their local services changed dramatically today.
The second phase of the Bus Connects project has kicked off, and serves communities in Maynooth, Leixlip, Lucan, Palmerstown, Ringsend, Sandymount and the City Centre.
It also comes as the National Transport Authority launched it's 90 minute fare today as well.
Fianna Fail Cllr for Palmerstown - Fonthill Shane Moynihan explains how the system works:
"So the 90 minute fare will be from when you get on one mode of TFI transport until you get off another one. The fare you pay will cover that 90 minute stretch."
