An indecent assault and battery charge against US actor Kevin Spacey is due back in court again in March.
The 59-year-old 'House of Cards' star appeared briefly in court in Massachusetts, accused of groping an 18-year-old man.
He previously said he'd be denying the assault, said to have happened in a bar in 2016.
He's been ordered to stay away from the defendant and his family.
Spacey, who stood for most of the hearing, was dressed in a grey suit with a blue and white polka-dot tie and a white shirt with blue florals.

The two legal teams argued back and forth over phone records, and how long they should be kept.
The judge said he would make a motion that phone records should be preserved for six months.
It reportedly relates to a Snapchat video of the alleged groping incident.
The case is set to for a pre-trial hearing on March 4th.
While Spacey doesn't have to appear that day, the judge said he should be available by phone.
