It's the Battle Of The Breakfast Shows!
Good Morning Britain hosts Kate Garraway and Ben Shephard are reportedly in talks with ITV bosses to replace Holly and Phil as the hosting duo on This Morning.
The speculation over who will take over presenting the daytime TV show comes after Holly Willoughby unexpectedly had to step down from the role last week.
5 months previously her long-time cohost Philip Schofield was forced to step down after an affair he had with a younger colleague came to light.
So now that the iconic 'Holly and Phil' are no more, TV bosses are looking for the next big presenting duo! Could it be an already iconic presenting duo?

The Mirror has reported that the head honchos at ITV are considering bringing in Kate and Ben from Good Morning Britain to take the helm at This Morning.
"Ben and Kate are adored by the public when they host together," a source for The Mirror said, "Fans love them."
"While the bosses love Alison Hammond and Josie Gibson, they know they need someone more heavyweight. Kate is a journalist yet is also funny and warm." the source added.
It wouldn't be Ben's first time presenting This Morning either, as he's presented the show alongside Holly in the past when Phil wasn't available.

Of course there are many other names being thrown around for the coveted presenting gig. While there's speculation that they'll make relief hosts Alison and Josie permanent fixtures, names like Emma and Matt Willis and even our own Patrick Kielty and wife Cat Deeley have been thrown into the mix (imagine he left the Late Late that quickly 😂)
It looks like we'll have another few weeks of speculation so we'll just have to see what decision the big bosses at ITV come to.
