The jurors in the trial of a teenage boy accused of murdering a woman in Dublin city last year have been sent home for a second evening without reaching a verdict.
The boy, who can’t be named because he’s under 18, pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of Uransetseg Tserendorj at the outset of the trial but denies the murder charge.
Before they began their deliberations yesterday, the jurors were told they’d have to analyse his state of mind at the time of the stabbing.
They’ll resume their deliberations tomorrow morning.
