There's been a rise in complaints from bus passengers on Dublin routes taken over by Go-Ahead.
According to figures from the National Transport Authority in today's Herald complaints have risen on 16 of the 23 routes transferred from Dublin Bus to the private operator since September last year.
Statistics for April, May and June show grievances more than doubled on most routes.
The highest rate was on the number 104, which runs between Clontarf and DCU, which had 155 complaints per 100-thousand passengers, that compares to less than 10 when Dublin Bus was running the service.
Complaints went up 7-fold on the 18 route between Palmerstown and Sandymount, while the 142 and 76A also recorded high levels of complaints.
However two route, the 17 and 45A, had less grievances than when Dublin Bus operated the routes.
