According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, the 62-year-old singer, along with a member of his entourage, approached the woman who was standing over the railing.
In footage shared by the police, Bon Jovi can be seen calmly coaxing her to safety. After leaning over the railing to speak to her, he heroically pulled her back onto the footpath and gave her a big hug.
