Gardai have launched an investigation after a drink was thrown at the Tánaiste in Dublin.
A masked woman threw the drink at Leo Varadkar at around 3 o'clock this afternoon.
It happened in Merrion Square as the Tanaiste was preparing to do a piece to camera.
A video of the incident is being shared on social media, while Young Fine Gael's labelled the incident 'disgusting'.
