The HSE says it will be watching closely to see if confidential patient data appears online today.
The gang who hacked the health service's network 10 days ago has threatened to publish the data today if a $20m ransom is not paid.
The Government says it has not and will not pay the ransom as it will enable a criminal enterprise.
The HSE admits it’s very concerned.
Due to the ransomware attack on our IT systems, there continues to be disruptions to our services. More details on service disruptions here: https://t.co/mt0dfZpdKH pic.twitter.com/I6txA77us8

Progress
The head of the HSE says officials will be concentrating on getting some national systems working again.
Paul Reid says they're making progress but it'll likely take weeks before systems are back operating properly:
"We have validated the decryption keys we were given.
"We have replicated them to a much safer version. We are deploying them across the network to try and unlock some of the information.
"So, we are making progress. It is slow and will continue to be slow. We are beginning to be able to bring up some national systems and some hospitals but all of them won’t be up.
"It will be a period of weeks rather than days.
"We have managed to keep the vaccination programme going really strong and at pace."
