House prices are up over 7 per cent in Dublin according to myhome.ie.
A separate report by Daft.ie puts the figure for the Capital at 4.9 per cent when July to September is compared with the same time in 2020.
The biggest rise in Dublin according to the analysis by Daft is in North Dublin at 4.5 per cent.
Nationally prices have climbed 9 per cent.
According to myhome.ie, the average house price nationally is now €308,000, while the Daft.ie report has it at €288,000.
The reports have found house prices are increasing at a faster pace outside the cities.
