Homeless figures have taken their biggest fall since monthly records began.
9,731 people were in emergency accommodation in December, according to Department of Housing.
It's the first time since February of last year that numbers have been below ten thousand.
The Peter McVerry Trust says it "warmly welcomes" the decrease.
