The rumour mill is running rampant this morning as reports came from US gossip mags last night that Phoebe Bridgers and Paul Mescal have broken up.
The wesbite JustJared reported that the pair called off their engagement.
The report came from sightings of Phoebe out "on a date" with Bo Burnham (musician and comedian).
According the source, Bo gave Phoebe his "undivided and doting attention" and that "it felt flirtatious. Like he was trying to impress her" when the two of them were attending a play in New York City last week.

These rumours come just months after it was reported the pair were engaged.
While neither Paul or Phoebe ever confirmed their engagement, it was widely assumed that they were, having first gotten together in 2020 and making their relationship public early in 2021.
So is it all over before it began? Depends how much we trust the instincts of the Americans spotting the hints 😂
Right now they're just rumours and we hope that is all they are!
