Another Gavin & Stacey Christmas special is in the works.
5 years after leaving us on a dramatic cliffhanger in the last Christmas special, the beloved sitcom is set to be filmed over the summer and aired this coming Christmas.

Right now the series - created by James Corden and Ruth Jones - is in pre-production and there’s said to be a bidding war between Netflix and BBC over who will get the broadcasting rights.
It doesn’t seem right that it wouldn't air on the BBC as usual but as long as we get new Gavin & Stacey and find out if Smithy said yes to Nessa we don’t mind!
