A civil rights group says Gardaí need to account for their actions at an eviction in Dublin's North Inner City.
The Irish Council for Civil Liberties say it's not clear why the officers were inside the property directly interacting with a tenant, and have written to the Garda Commissioner.
The group says members of the force appeared to have played a "supportive role".
Tomorrow tenants of 7 Berkeley Road will attend Mountjoy Gardaì in relation to the illegal eviction carried out on premises.
Complaints will be made regarding the criminal damage & theft of their property.

Nine people from the house spent Wednesday night in emergency accommodation, but have since been able to return to the house in Phibsborough.
Gardaí say they only came to the house because of a 999 call.
However Doireann Ansbro from the ICCL says further clarity is needed;
"The only reason a Garda should be present at an eviction is if there is a very clear risk of criminal behaviour or a clear risk to public order so if there's an issue outside the dwelling it may be that the Gardaí have a role."
She went on to say "we find it hard to envisage a situation beyond criminal behaviour why Gardaí would be participating in an eviction."
