Gardai have launched a murder investigation into the deaths of a mother and her two children in Ballinteer.
The bodies of 37 year old Seema Banu, her 11 year old daughter Asfira and six year old son Faizan were found at a house in Llywellen Court on Wednesday.
The post mortems exams have been completed and gardai in Dundrum say they have launched a murder investigation.
Gardai say details of the post mortem results are not being released for operational reasons, and no arrests have been made at this time.
Witnesses
Officers are continuing to interview witnesses, conduct extensive door to door enquiries and gather and examine all relevant CCTV.
Investigating Gardaí say that some current uninformed speculation circulating in public is unhelpful to this criminal investigation.
