Four teenagers are to be brought before the courts after a stolen car was involved in a chase with the Garda helicopter last night.
It's believed the car was taken from county Kildare at around 2.40am this morning.
Gardaí responded to calls of erratic driving in the early hours of this morning and after trying to stop the car a chase began along the M3 involving officers from Meath, Dublin and the Garda helicopter.
A stinger was then used to stop the car near Batterstown after it had exited the M3.
The four teenagers were arrested and taken to Naas Garda station to be questioned.
Two will be brought before the Children's court later, while the other two will appear at Blanchardstown District Court.
