Calling all McDonald's lovers! A brand new menu is launching in Irish stores this week.
Inspired by the USA’s most iconic states and foods, McDonald’s has created six burgers, four of which are new.
The new items will be available from May 1st across an eight week period.
The tasty new burgers are inspired by the tastes of New York, Mississippi, Kansas, South Carolina, Alabama and Nashville, each made with their own exceptional twist.
NEW Alabama Chicken with a smoky BBQ mayo
Two crispy chicken pieces nestle next to bacon, cheese, crispy onions and seasonal lettuce with a white BBQ sauce and top and tailed in a cornbread style bun. Available from 1st May – 28th May
New York Stack in a cracking sesame seed bagel
Two 100% British and Irish beef burgers with bacon, cheese, creamy coleslaw, tomato ketchup, mustard, lettuce and pickles in a sesame & poppy seed topped bagel. Available from 1st May – 14th May
NEW Mississippi Stack with a rich & sticky BBQ sauce
Two 100% British and Irish beef burgers with bacon, mild cheddar, tomato and onion relish, Smokehouse BBQ sauce, red onion and lettuce in a toasted ciabatta style bun. Available from 15th May – 28th May
NEW Nashville Chicken with a spicy ketchup
Two pieces of succulent crispy chicken with a sweet and spicy sauce, smoky cheese, coleslaw, jalapenos and lettuce in a toasted cornbread bun. Available from 29th May – 25th June
South Carolina Stack with a Carolina Gold BBQ sauce
Two 100% British and Irish beef burgers with bacon, smoky cheese, a sweet Carolina sauce, onions and lettuce in a corn bread style bun. Available from 29th May – 11th June
NEW Kansas City Stack with a smoky steakhouse sauce
Two 100% British and Irish beef burgers with bacon, smoky cheese, crispy onions and lettuce with a Steakhouse BBQ sauce in a BBQ flavoured toasted bun. Available from 12th June – 25th June
McDonald’s Ireland is also bringing back the side of Nacho Cheese Wedges, which will be available during the eight-week period.
