More than 70 homeless people have been handed the keys to a new home.
The development, close to Vicar Street, was paid for by Focus Ireland.
The charity has opened 31 one, two and three bed homes at John’s Lane West.
Focus Ireland CEO, Pat Dennnigan, said some residents have already moved in.
"It's single people, it's individuals and it's families - and they're all moving in over the next few weeks".

Individuals and families moving in will also be given additional support, to make sure they can live independently.
There are over ten thousand homeless people in Ireland, including almost 4 thousand children.
The Housing Minister has come in for criticism after the number hit record highs.
Eoghan Murphy has admitted the numbers living in emergency accommodation is unacceptable.
"We need to continue to drive the delivery of thousands of new homes to get people out of emergency accommodation".
He said his department is also "bringing in new protections for people in housing and security for people who are renting".
Focus Ireland says that it is on track to deliver 750 homes by 2020 as part of its 5 year plan
