The former chairman of Inner City Helping Homeless (ICHH) is calling for an investigation into sexual assault allegations made against its former chief executive.
In a letter to the Justice Minister, former chair David Hall has also called for support for complainants in the case involving former Dublin City Councillor Anthony Flynn.
Earlier this year allegations of sexual impropriety against Flynn who was chief executive of the homeless charity surfaced.
Two men, one a client of the organisation, came forward.
When the charity was notified of the allegations by Gardaí, Flynn was suspended from his role as chief executive - he died by suicide last month.
Following Flynn's death, Hall stepped down as chairman after being warned of his personal security by Gardaí, and since his resignation a further two men have come forward with allegations against Flynn.
In his letter to the Minister, Hall outlined concerns about a lack of a "coordinated response from state authorities" and called on the Minister to establish an interagency investigation.

Hall also said he found the lack of an urgent approach in dealing with these allegations from state agencies "alarming".
Allegations were made against Flynn in May of this year but ICHH wasn't notified until early August.
Hall said guidance must be given to Gardaí as to the appropriate timing in notifying organisations where a member is accused of sexual assaults.
He also questioned whether other vulnerable people were left at risk because of this delay.
