A full emergency was declared at Dublin Airport this afternoon.
A private aircraft had to abort take off because of reports of smoke in the cockpit.
Emergency services responded to the scene and the crew were evacuated.
The aircraft was then towed under escort to the General Aviation area of the airport.
A spokesperson for the DAA said: "A full emergency was declared at Dublin Airport this afternoon after a private aircraft with three crew on board aborted take-off due to reports of smoke in the cockpit.
Dublin Airport’s emergency services responded and after an evacuation of the crew the aircraft was towed under escort to the General Aviation area of the airport."
There were no reported injuries and operations were moved to the North Runway during the incident.
