Eight men have been arrested after drugs worth €60,000 were seized in the city centre.
As part of an ongoing investigation into the sale and supply of drugs in the area, gardai carried out an intelligence operation at a location in Temple Bar in the early hours of this morning.
Officers seized cocaine with an estimated street value of approximately €60,000 along with a number of mobile phones and a quantity of cash.
Eight men aged from 18 to 29 and a juvenile were arrested at the scene and taken to a number of different Garda stations in Dublin where they can be held for up to a week.
Investigations are ongoing.
