The Easter weather forecast is looking good!
It may be pretty miserable out there at the moment, but the weather is set to dramatically improve later this week. Met Eireann is forecasting highs of 20 degrees on Friday.
The forecaster is predicting dry and sunny weather across the long weekend.

National Outlook
Wednesday: Dry with good spells of sunshine. Temperatures are expected to reach 15 or 16 degrees over the Midlands and in the west. It will be cooler along the Leinster, east-Ulster and south-Munster coast.
Thursday: Dry and sunny. Highest temperatures of 17 or 18 degrees. Southeast winds.
Friday: Dry and sunny with highs of 16 to 20 degrees.
Easter: Saturday, Sunday still very good, but rain likely on Monday.
Dublin Forecast
Monday: Today in Dublin will be cold and cloudy with rain across the day. Highs of 7 to 10 degrees in strong winds.
A yellow wind warning remains in place until 5pm. Met Eireann states: "Strong and gusty southeast winds will reach mean speeds of 50 to 60kmh with gusts of up to 100km/h possible, strongest about high ground".
Monday Night: There will be more rain tonight but generally lighter. Lows of 2 to 5 degrees.
Tuesday: Tomorrow will be cloudy with some patchy rain at times but some dry periods also. Highs of 8-10 degrees. Tuesday night will be mainly dry.
