Residential construction is set to return on April 12th under plans being considered by the cabinet this afternoon.
From that date people will also be able to travel anywhere within their counties.
However, restrictions on outdoor sports like tennis and golf and underage sports training won't be lifted until April 26th.
Two key dates emerging ahead of cabinet meeting:
📆 April 12th - travel within counties and construction of houses/apartments to return
📆 April 26th - outdoor activities like golf, tennis, non-contact training for children
