Dubliners are being asked to take a Pride Pledge today to make the capital a welcoming space for everyone.
Dublin City Council is asking the public to encourage diversity and treat everyone equally, regardless of their identity.
Celebrations are online again this year due to the pandemic but organisers say there's still plenty of activities going on.
Myriam Hooper from Outhouse, a community and resource centre for LGBT people, says there will be a number of virtual events:
"Every year Outhouse usually has a Pride Brunch in the Outhouse LGBT Community Centre that's on Capel Street."
"But obviously this year, due to Covid, we're going to take part in the Virtual Pride Parade that Dublin Pride is running."
"That'll be on Pride TV at 12pm."
"So that's our first event of the day."
