The international police agency has released a 'red notice' in an effort to track him down.
Two Irishmen have been named on Interpol's 'most wanted list'.
The international police organisation has released 'red notices' for James Staurvik (pictured above) and Conor Vincent D'Monte.
39 year old Staurvik, a native of Dublin, is wanted by police in the Netherlands on a charge of murder/manslaughter.
He's described as 1.55 metres in height, dark hair, and dark eyes.
While, 44 year old D'Monte faces one count of first-degree murder and three counts of conspiracy to commit murder in Canada.
D'Monte
Born in Vancouver in Canada, D'Monte is listed as both a Canadian and Irish national.
He is described as 1.83 metres in height, weighing 85 kilograms, with brown hair, and brown eyes, and also has a number of tattoos.
The red notices act as formal requests to law enforcement agencies worldwide to locate and provisionally arrest the individuals pending extradition, surrender, or similar legal action. They differ from international arrest warrants. Member countries apply their own laws in deciding whether to arrest a person.
