Topshop at Stephens Green and Jervis are going to shut.
The Arcadia group has been given permission to close a total of six Irish stores, and almost twenty more in the UK.
It's closing 23 stores including Topman, Wallis and Miss Selfridge outlets.
The company says it needs to lay off hundreds of staff to save the business from collapse.
It's blamed high rents as one of its biggest struggles.
A number of Evans, Dorothy Perkins and Burton stores will also close.
Seven proporals were passed at a meeting of the company's creditors in London this afternoon.
It means the majority of the 18,000 strong workforce will keep their jobs.
The Arcadia Group would have gone into administration if no deal was reached.
