Dublin has been named the worst city in the world for housing.
This year's Expat City Ranking has found 86% of those asked said they had trouble finding a place to live in Dublin.
That's more than double the global average of 32%.
88% of those asked said they weren't happy with the price of housing.
That's double the global average of 44%.
Almost three-quarters rate the local cost of living negatively, leaving Dublin to rank 76th worldwide.
However, it's not all negative.
Of the 82 cities examined, Dublin came third for job and career prospects.
Four in five people said they are happy with their job security.
Expats also consider locals friendly to foreign residents, and find it easy to get used to Dublin’s culture.
